If so, try rsbuddy and get yourself a free agility script. Then run the script to do the Gnome Stronghold Course.
If you don't head over to the Gnome Stronghold, and do the course yourself.

usually you want 1-30 gnome agility 30-52 werewolf skullball course as that can make u over 30k+/hr
