Acquiring OG Instagram handles

Lately, I've seen a lot of OG names coming out of the woodwork..

.. names like

@fit*ess
@na*ure


and names like that..


So it's got me wondering, are there any new methods out there that let you acquire these long lost and inactive usernames??
