What is the best way to appeal this, idk how my rs got perm banned for this, maybe it is because I transferred my phished goods to that account.

Any associated accounts will be monitored and future instances of Hijacking, Phishing, or related offences will result in further action against your account(s). We reserve the right to pass information on persistent hijackers to law enforcement agencies.
