What is the best way to appeal a perm ban for account hijacking?

Honestly I never seen a ban for Jacking accounts =P Would be cool to see!

Perm. means they have multiple cases of you hacking.
If it was unbanned, it would be cleaned + MASSIVE rollback, possibly even negative credit which costs like £20 to fix...
