Greetings,

Recently I stumbled upon my old Xbox 360 Elite; and to my amazement, I found a bunch of original and semi-original gamertags in-which I registered during the 'reset' period. I know the password for these accounts, as I kept a note of each password for each account underneath the hard drive... but, when I registered the accounts, I used a randomly generated e-mail address, therefore I have no way of gaining access to the accounts as I do not know the e-mail address.

Is there a method in-which I can use to gain access to these accounts? Should I try calling Xbox Support to see if they can shine some light on the situation?

Any response will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Ross

I think if you contact xbox, and tell them the info you know i'm sure they will reset the windows live id on them.

You could just give me the accounts info and i can get you at least half of them (cause i would keep the other half =)

Call xbox. If you know all of the info besides the email you can get it back. Or give them the serial number of the xbox that the accounts were originally made on. Good luck buddy. Hope this helps

Maybe by calling xbox and telling them the serial of the xbox and you want to know what accounts are on it or something

If they're still on your hard drive and you sign in to them you should be able to see your email under some setting. Otherwise call xbox.

If you know the emails to the accounts, you can see if they're available to make on the email sites, then just reset the pass and there you go, you got access. for example say the email was [email protected], but you never bothered making the email on yahoo.com, you just used it as the email. You can go to yahoo.com and try to make it, if it isnt take then take it and login to xbox.com and get a password reset sent to your email. :)

Yea just do that if there in your hard drive still :p

I have a dope idea. You said these were temporary email addresses. Surely, if you sign onto the account and you can see the windows live ID, you can head to the same site you created the temporary email at and make it again.

My guess is it will work. Head to xbox.com and try it out, then go to hotmail and then the account settings, you should be able to change the windows live ID.

Or you could just hit up xbox support like everybody else suggested :p

Your lucky dude! I would just all Xbox and they should help you resolve it. Or just try to reset the password on Xbox.com

Edit: and if you can log into them on your sexbox them go to security info and the windows live Id should be there. Or under privacy settings
