Acc download problem

i claimed a Tag and tried to download it to my xbox and it gives me this message

Any idea how i can fix this ?

yes i am, it happend with a few friends to they just deleted the profile off the xbox and downloaded it again but it didnt work for me

said the same thing to me. I contacted, they told me to wait.

I talked to a rep and she told me that it's happening to everyone else with a V1 tag, for now all we can do is wait.
