Hey guys. I have noticed some people on here are depressed, and me myself
have been depressed and still am sometimes, but this is a few ways to get
over it and not feel so down on yourself.

Your not alone:
Some people feel terrible about themselves and result to cutting and possible
suicidal thoughts. Know that you are not alone and you do not have to do these
things. If you are ever thinking suicide, it's not worth it. I myself have thought
of this as an option many times, but there are so many people that love
you out there. dont feel like your worthless, and if you ever need to talk
to someone, go to someone you can vent to instead of cutting and bad thoughts.
Tip One:
Working out. Some of you guys are going to automatically tune this one out,
even though this is a really good option. When you are working out you
release all your stress and push to go harder and put the things that piss
you off or depress you towards the workout and work harder to relieve yourself
and make yourself feel better. It not only relieves stress, but you get in focus
shape from it, and you can focus on getting more tone and not the bad thoughts and
times your going through.
Tip Two:
Play some sports. Once again this is another physical thing that allows some
stress relief. When you play sports with other people you get to meet new
people and experience things that you never have before. For example
if you play football with some friends when your about to tackle someone
go all out and lay that fucking guy out. Put your anger out there and your
sad or pissed off thoughts out there and relieve it by inflecting pain on
other people in a non negative way.
Tip Three:
Try to find a girl/ boyfriend. When your dating/ talking to someone else you
get to connect with someone in a different way and they overall ( if your
right for each other) can put you in a better mood and get your mind off
shitty things in life. Find a girl/ guy that you can relate to, its not always
about looks, look into people for their inner beauty not always outer.
Tip Four:
Don't sweat the small things. If you are stressing over things like people
making fun of you, pissing you off, and stuff like that, just remember
that all of the things that you are worrying about now, will not matter 10
years from now. If your in highschool just focus on graduating and getting out
of school, because once your out you wont see most of these kids later in life.
Tip Five:
Music. Find some music that you can relate to and that helps you calm down.
This personally is a really good one, music gets me through most of my shitty
days. Find good music that means something to you not some 2 chains or
some big booty hoe songs ( unless that helps you ;D ). When you find the
right music, just jam out and forget about the stupid shit in life.
Closer:
Well guys these are just a few things that help me personally feel better and
cheer me up. These are good for different kinds of people and if your stressed
out or thinking negative thoughts you should try some of these out. I put
like an hour into this thread so I hope you guys can at least help me out
