a button

Hi, my 'a' button is not working.
I have pulled it off and cleaned it, nothing happened.
though it did notice, under the button I pulled off. The white things that go around the nipple thing sat slightly higher than they do on all the other buttons. I don't know shit about computers so if you want me to go into more depth I can try.

Did you push everything correctly into place when replacing the key?
I've had issues similar to this with other keys and it was due to things not being pushed into the correct place.

@Deuce I only really pulled out the key, removed the things surrounding the nip. Cleaned it, assembled it back up and put the key back on.
It looks really normal compared to the other ones.

Yep :/ gets pretty annoying.
Just remembered I had a spare Keyboard. But it would still be good to fix.

It's most likely a problem with the keyboard itself, I can't think what it'd be if you've put everything back correctly.
What type of computer do you have?

It might just be easier to replace your keyboard, my Dell keyboard replacement was 10$
