yeah but I haven't done RFD but I won't gain any levels from doing it so ill still be 45 defence.

If your a zerker you need to do certain quests that give defence XP

He means have you done all the quests that you need to do that give xp = That means quested defence.

Yeah iv done them all except hero's quest but it only gives something like 3k defence xp and I have 6k until I level to 46 so I will still be 45 defence once it is done and all other defence quest's are done.

Nah I just went and started getting defenders so once I got 99 id be close to the cape seller only got xp in the warrior's guild for like the last 15k xp.
