I was just wondering I assume you get paid commission so you do pretty well for yourself.

i get paid a bonus based on if i hit my target or not haha xD

so yeah kinda. but thats why its so stressfull, this month is not so good. probably spend too much time on here ;P

My dad works on the same payment structure but he gets paid commission + base + bonuses. I fucking hate the end of the year because he gets stressed if he hasn't hit his quota. The software he sells costs anywhere from 300k to 1.3m.
