You can use your phone and your PC, I believe.  I once tried playing on PC and it's a bit more difficult, GL.

You have two options. Either you have two mobile devices with two seperate accounts, or have one mobile device and download an android simulator on your PC and play from that. Trust me, I know. I run an 8 ball pool shop. hehe
