It's not sketchy what so ever, going off of the information we have ( never before on the market, as well as Sean being the seller) he could have easily made the inference that the tag is nice, and would want to be as appealing to the seller as possible, in this case saying he would buy it out. Chill has multiple purchases saying this exact thing, sometimes saying " if I like it I will buy this out", using the buy out factor as a way to increase his chances of being PMed.
