Your post makes no sense, sorry , he can't sell it if he doesn't have the information to the account. In the scam report, it was both this tag and the other tag ( will not post in case OP gets it back ) .
Just to be 100% clear! this account is no longer in the OPs hands according to the scam report thread, so it's impossible for him to still be selling this.
