I don't think it looks like a swastika, and I actually have trouble seeing it as one even after looking for about 10 minutes.
While it's an alright logo, it's a little hard to read it was "4th" which is what I assume you were going for. This may turn off the brand owner because most brands are easily recognizable and you know what they say immediately.

It's better than some other logos I've seen, but it's not a personal favourite of mine and could be improved in a few ways.
Maybe try going for a different concept, or ditch the word in the logo entirely. Play around with it and see what you can do, have fun with it!

I'd say maybe 6/10 for this logo

1. You have some major adjustments in alignment that need to be made.
2. The swastika vibes are existent.
3. The font is tacky and I'd recommend something different.
4. More color.
5. I see a 4 and an H, but have troubles getting "4th" out of it.
6. The 4 overpowers the lowercase H. Make them similar sizes.

Too much to fix. CBA to go through everything.

th is traditionally smaller than the number before it, and this is the raw version with no styling or color.
 
Personally to me, this looks nothing like a swastika. Overall I am not a fan of the logo, but it's good that your client likes it. "The customer is always right."

Way to hop on the bandwagon. Everyone was talking about the old version, the one in the op doesn't look anything like a swastika.
