Now that it has changed, I'd say that I don't think they'd be worth much.
I would think it's safe to say that once a Twitter reaches 1k real and active followers, then it's worth something.

I suggest waiting until someone someone else sets an appraisal.

Depends if they're real + active or not. If they are, it could be worth a couple bucks. If it's botted, its not worth anything.
