LOLzz. Ya do that. And even though they change only the color and wallpaper its either way unique and gives a nice background. So in my opinion its kwl to have themes and use different ones

If staff doesn't enforce rules, it comes back on us. So we have to, regardless if it would make someone happy. So you have to give credits to people/person/place you got it from. As well if it's free or not.
