Personally, I'd get 99 RC as it doesn't take NEARLY as long as it used to.

99 Fletch is quicker then 99 RC.

yep, but the runecrafting cape looks a lot better imo and buying the fletching supplies is such a hassle..

Not only that, but at 92 you can double nats and rake in cash to 99.
