Congrats. My 3 year FK anniversary is in a couple weeks. I've been banned most of those 3 years though. ;)
 
I'm a couple months away from my 4 years. Almost everyone from 2012 is banned I wanted to be mod ever since but Philly never looked at me lol. Even though I'm still here living this FK lifestyle.

I don't think he looks for a mod by tenure. I believe he looks in the activity of the member in the forum and their contribution.

Not true I was one of the most active back in 2012-13 I made threads that helped the site anything you can think of.
