Yeah it was hard but I did it, I still crave them every once in a while. But not like before. I am happy I quit. :)

My dad is 49 and he has been smoking since he was 12. I need to get him to stop :/

People that have been smoking that long will never quit. I am sorry to say.

My dad is like 51, and been smoking about that long, And he literally cant go an hour without smoking.

I woke up one morning after drinking with a terrible hang over, and I didn't smoke at all the whole day. The next morning after that I realized I didn't smoke all day the day before, So I figured since i went one day I may as well keep going, I haven't smoked since. 100% cold turkey. Not even one drag since. Friday morning will be my first time, As I am going to smoke a cigar. :) Although that's not a cig, That's a cigar. going to smoke it as I will be celebrating.

But in reply to those who are slating cigarettes; you only live once. I'd rather not be an old age pensioner to be honest!
But there is certainly better stuff you can smoke.
