Anyways I was talking about your other sites being hosted on a VPS, ImageKorner which was defaced etc. I didn't want them to deface it but I respect their work as it was a hard thing to off. I'm going to say this now but they weren't targeting you when they defaced all the other sites you owned, They were aiming it at t3h jok3r. I even asked why he hacked your sites but he said he was aiming it at t3h jok3r. The only reason your main forum was defaced was because you threw a legal threat at them. I even saw a post saying a few people have access to the server. I did find it a good thing that you got FK back quickly and the domain wasn't taken. I'm not siding with anybody on this one, If you found T.A's dox it's probably invalid anyway as his fake dox is in Brazil.

The moron defaced hackdiscussion.com which for some reason the kid that scammed it from me months back pointed the name servers back to my server, and making it vulnerable, which made it easy to deface every site on the server. I filed an IC3 and made a couple calls, than contacted the child that did the defacing, he said what you said that he was targeting the joker which is complete bullshit. I have talked to this guy quite a bit actually, and he knows who I am, and what sites I own. Even if there is the 1% he somehow didn't, there is no way he can deface imageKORNER.com without thinking there is a connection. Unless of course he is completely mentally challenged. While talking to him he seemed fine at first then found out I did what you suppose to do when you get robbed(I guess that is the best word). He freaked out because he knew for sure he would get caught, so he wanted to go out with a bang and now is fucking with me and FK. that is the extremely and dull short story of FK being defaced on the 24th and 15 of my other sites on the 23rd.

Something similiar to this happened on HF about 2 months ago including ever ubers and l33ts personal information. I think this should change, as in what the db keeps and what it does not. I dont believe it should keep the Ip addresses personally, along with maybe the email address. And do they have eery ip ever to touch your account? Or just the most recent one to touch your account before the hacking? Same with passwords, and emails.

He has been offered on several occasions by a few users to help him get this shit back, I even told Paul H months ago about the Vulnerabilities I found and he told me I was wrong. It is what it is, am I sad that FK went down, NO it was fucking humerus, am I happy FK went down, no cause it is a good community. The only thing that confuses the piss out of me is the fact that there is SOO much money being made on this forum (groups, awards, upgrades, koins etc.) and it is all supposed to be going to hosting and SECURITY well where is it at? BreShiE's dox is common knowledge now thanks to Shadow and BreShiE himself. He'll be caught. He's done this twice now including a full DB leak, which is practically asking to face court time. Read my above posts for the legal explanation of how he's vulnerable.

After spending 20 minutes waiting for each page to load, I finally found their forum rules. In it, they openly acknowledge that their server host DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES TO BE HOSTED ON IT. By leaking the DB, we're all aware that this is an illegal activity, and in the short-term, simply contacting their server host could result in their site being shut down.

They are also accepting liability for any illegal postings by staff due to the sheer existence of this rule, and acknowledge that it breaches not only ethics and law, but also their contractual agreement with their host, who is entitled to press charges/file a civil suit under contract law.

I'm able to give some idea as to the legality of his actions, but doxing, SEing, and anything involved in taking down a site either legally or illegally are out of my depth. You'd need to give that host info to shadow/talk to them directly. I'm Australian so I can't even call for you.
