Unrelated, but I just thought you might want to know that ImageKorner is having some problems as well. I no nothing about SQL, so it may be meaningless, but thought I'd point it out.

As far as I'm aware, IK is moving host to help with security concerns, and is completely unrelated to FK's issues.

I am are but FK is my main priority and has, and always will be. Once I have this all fixed up I will bring the site right back online. Had to change hosts, and haven't got to completely get all my sites up because of this shit plus being sick.

What exactly is going to happen with the owner of the forum who has exploited FK? Have you already pressed charges, and if so, why hasn't he been arrested if his dox is known?

I read the thread, but re-compromising the site is hardly going to help their chances of reducing legal threats and suits. If I were Philly, this would motivate me as I would now have a secondary suit I could file in conjunction with the original, as they are two separate offences, both resulting in loss of functionality of the site, and thus, potential income for Philly. The leaking of the dox of Philly himself allows Philly to also claim emotional harm and stress, allowing for a potentially higher amount of compensation. I suggest you don't sign up to their forum, as I haven't read their Terms and Conditions and joining MAY prevent you from filing lawsuits against them.

I thought it was too. Any easy way to determine who their server host is and to contact them? I'm sure a brief outline of the circumstances of why you're contacting them would result in action.

I am 99.9% absolutely positive with everything in my body that is has nothing to do with the hosting. It certainly has nothing to do with them contacting HG and trying to get info or anything changed. I have triple authentication which Hg doesn't even have. FK is untouchable as far as getting into the hosting account itself. Switching hosts will do nothing besides guarantee downtime. Possibly extreme downtime as well. (48 hours completely offline)

At the moment, they can only forward individual pageant to their site, and that's about it. I'm not sure about the DB's security, but things could be much worse.

philly since the site got comprised again you should do another password reset.

BreShiE's dox is common knowledge now thanks to Shadow and BreShiE himself. He'll be caught. He's done this twice now including a full DB leak, which is practically asking to face court time. Read my above posts for the legal explanation of how he's vulnerable.

They exploited it and I said well done, Problem? I didn't see it was against the rules to say that. Anyways I was talking about your other sites being hosted on a VPS, ImageKorner which was defaced etc. I didn't want them to deface it but I respect their work as it was a hard thing to off. I'm going to say this now but they weren't targeting you when they defaced all the other sites you owned, They were aiming it at t3h jok3r. I even asked why he hacked your sites but he said he was aiming it at t3h jok3r. The only reason your main forum was defaced was because you threw a legal threat at them. I even saw a post saying a few people have access to the server. I did find it a good thing that you got FK back quickly and the domain wasn't taken. I'm not siding with anybody on this one, If you found T.A's dox it's probably invalid anyway as his fake dox is in Brazil.
