A little off-topic....I read that the police searched his brothers stuff, computers, phone records ect...Is it legal for them to do that? With no evidence, or permission from him?

That is all I have to say.
Edit:
Security should still be able to have a gun.
99.98% of public schools don't have security.

You aren't able to dispute the fact that a gun ban made gun based murder almost nonexistent in the UK.
In 2009, according to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, 66.9% of all homicides in the United States were perpetrated using a firearm.[4] There were 52,447 deliberate and 23,237 accidental non-fatal gunshot injuries in the United States during 2000.[5] The majority of gun-related deaths in the United States are suicides,[6] with 17,352 (55.6%) of the total 31,224 firearm-related deaths in 2007 due to suicide, while 12,632 (40.5%) were homicide deaths.[7]

Then enjoy being a target of gun violence, until you write your school board.

11,493 people killed in USA by firearms
United Kingdom: 62,262,000 population
United States: 314,953,000 population
The USA has over 5 times more people but your deaths from firearms not including people that survived is 328 times greater.
Please stop talking shit, the one language that never lies is mathematics.

You are right math never does lie. But it can be misinterpreted and manipulated.
In 2009 the crime rate in London was 111 per 1,000 residents.
In 2009 the crime rate in the US was 3,466 per 100,000 residents.
Now after doing some mathematics, we see that 111/1,000=0.111 is greater than 3,466/100,000=0.03466.
EDIT:
I just saw this and thought it was interesting...
Violent Crime Worse in Britain than in US
