Here are logs of prices of various things. Hope it can help some of you. I would like to credit Snow (from Smokin Mils) for making this list.

There are generally the demanded side of things. This means for something like lobsters...we have a ton of people selling, few buying. For this reason, I wont post if someone says they are selling lobbies for an absurd price, I will post what someone will actually buy it for.

Yep, first step is go to Ardougne. Then you want to pickpocket people until you can steal from the cake stall. Steal from the cake stall until you can steal from the silk stall. Steal silk until you can steal from the fur stall. Sell all the silk you got to the silk merchant in Ardougne for 60 gp per silk. After that, steal from the fur stall and bank a good amount before you go to Varrock square and sell it there to the fur merchant. Repeat.

As long as you steal when they steal, you'll get the item.
