@melephunk, he was banned for scamming, but got pardoned (let back on site). He has to wear that UB. It warns users who want to deal with him to deal with caution, because the user has scammed before.

But, @Dreams has done plenty of deals since he's been back. I doubt he'd scam again, but I personally don't know him.

Nevertheless, it was something "bad" and you have to wear that userbar so users will know to deal with caution, am I wrong?
