1b or Stat Setting? -Poll-

Basically, I want to know what you guys would choose.

The Choices: (In depth explanation)
-1b RS Cash -- One time only, can be claimed for as long as RS is an active game. (until it closes)
-Stat Settings -- Ability to set every SINGLE stat one time to any desired level (1-99 for every other stat, and 1-120 for DUNG). Each stat can be set once, and if you dislike a choice made you can use the global reset. This voids your ability to set any other stat if it isn't set, and resets all set stats back to their original level.

Stat Setting, because I could earn a bunch of money with everything maxed, plus that'd save A BUNCH of time.

But you'd still have to wait, and it could be untrustworthy. There you get the stats instantly and can make a bunch of cash from that. Whether it be pking, frost dragons, slayer, gwd, or what.
