A checker just checks if a username is available, a claimer/turbo is what actually takes the username.
A fast one is just to brag like @Towel does.

You're actually right. Now that I realize it, speed means nothing unless it auto claims it.

Speed is a great factor but when you add a feature like auto claimed that won't be allowed to be sold on fk because it's considered a "Turbo". Rather you be selling than that scrypt kid. Glws
