It seems like an insane amount of xp to get for one skill alone. My highest level is 80 in a skills which is about 2m xp and that has taken me a long time to get (not nonstop training that skill). Gaining 13m xp in one skill seems a task impossible to the meager amount of xp you can get an hour. I mean, over an amount of years training a skill every now and then it seems possible, but trying real hard it seems hard. Botting makes it less of a complex task, but botting is a whole different topic. I mean legitting a 99. It seems crazy.

all botted It's not that hard as long as you have a regular routine of leveling the stat, remember that the higher your level is the easier experience is to gain.
So just because 80 is your highest at 80, it doesn't mean that for some skills at 80 you can't gain 100k experience at an hourly rate. (That hits you 2m total experience in 20 hours)

No one does non-stop work that much though, they try to get a few hours in daily. Before the month is over they have that 99 skill.
12 months in a year, 12 skills to 99. I'm sure you've been playing over a year, remember that 99 is the highest so you only have to do it once and then it's done for good.
