13 day ban on tank

They actually ban you for 13 days? I thought that the minimal ban is 14 days (2 weeks).
 
My friend got banned for a year lol,he botted Hunter to 99. Then a day after he got 99 bam BAN!

He's banned for 14 days, but by the time he checked a millisecond had gone by making it 13 days and 23 hours, showing as 13 days.
