12 year tenure with 10 year helmet

I'm looking to get a 12 year tenure that isn't modded in ANYWAY. the 12 year has to be USA account. Also, either be a beta tester or a day one on LIVE. Don't care about Gamerscore. Kind of want the 10 year helmet to.  I'm still waiting for you @Plague !

Do all accounts get the 10 year helmet once they get the 10 year tenure? If so i have a 9 year that will be 10 year in like a month

No, it was exclusive only to the people that had high tenures a few years ago. I do not believe they hand them out anymore.
