actually thats active.. instagram is followers put 10% of that = your likes. thats how instagram is.

yeah that's what I figured, that's how most accounts are. But I don't care for follower instagram accounts, that's why my appraisal was low.

I'm going to have to decline these offers. Note how this is in the appraisals section. I am going to wait until it gets 10k followers before I think about selling.
