Yes, I can win any chargeback towards another person. And I'm almost positive that I can win any chargeback that a person does to you.

Nope. Not at all. It just requires me to call someone on the phone.

Not at all. If you're looking to be unlimited (reverse of being limited), I cannot do it on a business type account. But no, it does not require a verified PayPal.

OK, then this is a great service, I am able to do this and have won 100% of chargebacks (100+) I have made/had on me, but I require full access to do it. This is a very good value. GLWS.

Could you hmu on skype? [email protected] I need help getting unlimited and verified on my PayPal my Dad's ID is still Cali so I can't use it as proof....

If anyone can do it, why don't they? I'm sure people can't get their account unlimited or they suck at winning disputes because they don't know what to do. I'm just providing a service for the people. Kindly fuck off. I don't need your negative remarks towards my services.
