So about a week ago I sold an account to someone. Now I live in the Wisconsin and he lives in Nevada. Today he wanted to test the details that I gave him, which are 100% legit, but he got the account locked. So basically my problem is that he can't recover the account with all of the details: all 3 previous passwords(the first 3 of them), transaction ID, recovery questions, and the creation date. But I can recover the account. So I'm guessing that Jagex is noticing the IP differences. So I want to know if there is a way to fix this, or if it will fix over time?
