Who are we?
We are a group that came to creation in attempt to bring the community together. We focus on being high quality, helpful, and an icon to the community. We'd like to see this forum get rid of as much flame as possible, come together, focus on getting more members, helping new members, and making this place enjoyable so you aren't completely wasting your time on the internet. Some of you with a good sense of vocabulary might know that Arbiter has a synonym; Moderator. But we do not claim to be. Arbiter also means "A person whose views or actions influence social behavior". So with that said, we hope to make the community better by our actions.

- A good attitude toward other members.
- Dedication toward helping RuneGear.

If you are not, but you are a member who others look up to, then the group might buy you Premium. So if you are not Premium, you may still apply.
