Running would only do so much. A clean diet is good as well, but on top of that-while losing fat you want to build muscle by lifting and other various exercises. If you really want to get toned you'll have to put a daily effort with more than an hour.
Why is this still a thread? It was just supposed to address the staff team that we are on the same IP during the day to avoid any conflict and confusion. It's obviously not multi-accounting because that would make no sense in so many ways. No need to multi-account and no need to sell himself out...
Naturally you can drink a lot of Gatorade and coffee (coffee makes you piss a lot) and just go to a sauna or run in the gym for a bit. Naturally sweating and pissing is efficient.
