It's a staff position. One of the current adminstrators were promoted to admin after 3-7 days being staff.

Applications are not it, being a well-liked member with a mature attitude and with no fights or hate by others, you will have a bigger chance than the others. Just don't pick fights etc and hey, you can submit 2-4 lines of an application, that's what I did and got picked. I am Noble there.

Completely understood. However, some members who has vouches over here and being a 'generally reputable' member is good. Being liked by another big community could do us good for this forum.
