  3. How does license transfer work?

    Every account that has xbox live and downloads anything is assigned a license. With that license, Xbox knows that your downloads are yours and on your xbox. Your license is owned/on your xbox. With a license for the game that you downloaded on your xbox you can play those games from any account...
