What is your view on phpBB? Is it too hard, to easy, are you good at it? Anything you don't like about it? For me and phpBB, I'm still a Noob, lol, But I'm still trying hard to figure phpBB out :D

I think what keeps Moderators motivated is the hopes of a big successful site and them wanting to be apart of that

Most of the time I do welcome every new member, unless I somehow missed it when I click on "View active Topics"

I don't much in my staff room, all I do is make a category called "special Ops Members" and then make section under it and call it Staff chat
