Youtube w/ lot of subs, almost 2million views, & Partnership

I like this yt. I wish I had the money. You know y trade!
 
I was very interested in this till I heard he wants 250 for this lmfao. You wont earn the money off partnership and he claims it makes 300 a month when you make 2 bucks per 1k views and iit doesnt have that many views a month lol
EDIT: Not to mention the socialblade is averaging 15k views a day, its botted af.

This is a pretty nice channel imo, doesn't have any copyright or anything does it?
