Overall feel of the banner is really nice, however there are a few things I'd change.

First off, the font, it's not my favorite, but it's not awful.

Second: I can't tell for sure, but it doesnt look like the text is centered (the word "Team" looks a bit off, could be wrong though)

Also, I don't see a need for "Professional esports organization" but it works, aside from the dividers in between each word.

Last, Check out *our sponsors.
(maybe make the MLG logo blue as well, considering you changed the other logo colors)


Overall nice work though, just some minor things that could be improved. I can tell your work is pretty good, so I went a bit more in depth than I would with someone just starting out.
