Wow they never ever fucking reply to me when i email them! I've tried multiple times.
 
As far as I've ever known, your membership status did not freeze while you were banned.
I'm assuming they've just recently changed that due to the Membership Loyalty Programme.
 
I think they just recently started to freeze them, because both of my accounts memberships froze when banned.
