people told me you can change the language with some bots im not sure if this works but if it does change language to German and they are empty most of the time

this is how to find a world with no one in it:

go to www.runescape.com

scroll down to the bottom of the page

select language as: Deutch

Now go into select worlds and you'll see that there is a max of like, 100 players. Goodluck.

You can't bot in dutch.
