I have used OpenBSD for awhile now and have decided it will be my main BSD, I encourage everyone to use OpenBSD if they are looking for a Secure and Stable BSD that they would like to work and learn on. I would also like people to realize that this isn't a Linux Distro with a GUI installer and prepackaged crap, you WILL have to work on it and you WILL get frustrated at times. Saying that I would also like to state that you WILL have fun and you WILL learn, so if your looking for a BSD to play with then dive into OpenBSD. You won't be disappointed :>

Lol, its the most secure out of the box OS possible.
On top of that is a BSD, the best Unix systems available and imho the best OS's available. It saddens me that there isn't more unix in the world, its all kept under raps for some reason. People would be surprised how many companies NEEED Unix systems and Unix administrators.

True. Would a good thing for big companies/schools to move to Unix as a safer then using Windows XP. ha

They do, many companies run OpenBSD, freeBSD and even Linux Distros. Everyone just thinks windows rules the world when really its made for you and you only, companies move up to the big boy toys when working with networking and supporting other projects. In fact I was just reading yesterday that another company had contracted OpenBSD for 500+ computers with a full OS install and encryption and a main server host.

Yes, but I have been to companies that are still using Windows Server 2000 and Windows XP. Those are the people that need to upgrade.

Yeah no doubt lol, their security can be compromised without a sweat. Especially if the are using 2000, the last company I saw running xp was lower ranking industrial company, I actually used them as a dumby for a psychical penetration run one time. Was quite easy xD
