yamashita treasures in the Philippines?

I have heard a lot of stories about treasures hidden in various locations in the Philippines by Japanese Soldiers. What do you think, is this true?
 
its true, some of it have been recovered and found during the marcos time as the rumors say, but there are still so many treasures hidden. maybe its just beneath your house... hehehehe.

Most of it are just rumors. But as they say, if there's smoke then there's fire. I don't think these rumors will keep on lingering if it's all made up. I just wish that someone would come out so these rumors will be confirmed.

I don't really think that somebody would come forward to say he has found it not unless that person does not want to live anymore.:Laugh:
Anyway the most popular story I have heard about these treasures was about late Pres. Marcos' finding of the Golden Buddha, I have been looking for details about it but can not find any.
 
I believe it is true, since Philippines is rich in gold and the gold that was collected during the Japanese occupation are not in the possession of Japanese government. It is buried somewhere here in our country.
