So I Recently got the Self-Install kit and I cant seem to get it working.
I plug everything in and I connect my computer to the modem and it says No Internet connection.

The online button doesn't come on and ive called comcast millions of times and get connected to a foreigner.

Anyone have xfinity internet and mind taking a picture and posting it?

I recommended going go any near Comcast stores and asking for a new box

Get someone to come and help from Comcast, or just go to your local store for a new one.
