Xbox v1's question

When I try to search online xbox.com for a v1, it now says error, you found a glitch in the system. Any idea what that means? Confused because its never happened before. Thanks
 
If a v1 is inactive, and never switched over to Xbox 360, you will not be able to find it on xbox.com. However, I have a v1 on my friends list who did switch over and is still active, named "waterboat". He can be searched, fr, etc. Hope this helped!

Waterboat was never a V1 he simply put the gamer picture on that kid is a retard adds me everyday.

I could always search them. But now I tried, havent in a month or so, and I cannot search them it comes up with an error. I use to be able to see any tag
