I don't like to play either since I'm a PC gamer but I used to play Xbox instead of the ps2. Although, I liked playing Tony Hawk and Grand Turismo on ps2/ps1.

Bluray, More HDD space, HD since the beginning, unlike xbox.

Full backwards compatibility with the PS2 and PS1, besides the 40 gig version which is no longer being sold.

Free online doesn't even matter. The system IS better.
