Xbox One Question

I didn't know if it was true, but i just got another main and it had 2k14 downloaded for 360. When i recovered it on X1, it started downloading 2k14. Idk if this was supposed to happen, but if it was then i guess you can use GoD such as Ghosts for X1. Has this happened to anyone?

I hope we're allowed to download GoD purchased from the 360 over to the Xbox One.

I thought you had to pay for it again. Maybe you got lucky. Hopefully all newer titles from 360 that are available on the 1 will be a download like that.
