I play the 360. Actually just got back into it a couple months ago after giving in and buying a new console. Haven't really had a huge interest in the Xbox one yet. I ordered one back when it was the thing to do, but sent it back. With it lacking any features I care about, friends that play it, and exclusive games I want, I haven't been able to get too stoked on it.
I prefer the Xbox ONE over the 360. I feel as thought the gameplay is a little faster in Ghosts which is obviously what I'd play on the ONE but unfortunately due to lack of players + people who have the ONE I'm still on the 360 with all my old friends.
