So I just tried to turn on my xbox to play but then it brings me to an offline mode. I try to go online, but then it tells me to update my payment options, with an option to change my payment option and go offline. I log in on the xbox website but then whenever I try to check my account or profile, it says that there is a problem checking it. And my friends list is totally wiped. Anyone know what's happened?
