Xbox live account security question

Hey, so i was going to sell one of my accounts to a guy on HF, but he charged back so now i have the account, but he changed the email/phone number and alternate email, it's still on my xbox and it was on my xbox first. I tried to secure it with the four digit log in which i think works so now he cant connect but sadly i dont know the email or password. This is bad becuase i need a mw3 recovery and i cant get one unless the guy knows my info. Could ANYBODY give me some advice? i will pay for working advice.

So your email is not on the account at all? Usually if your email was the main one it takes 30 days to change it on another Xbox. Hope I helped a little

Nope it's not on at all sadly but i have blocked him out from getting on it. if that helps anything lol, im starting to think im fucked on this one.

You may be right. But try your best. At least you still have your account good luck getting this though man

I can tell you how you could go about getting this later, not going to post it for everybody to see though.
